1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Refund Request Window: Refund requests will only be accepted if made within 3 days from the original date of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for consideration.
- Team Discretion: In case of delayed responses or special cases, the decision to issue a refund will remain entirely at the discretion of our team. The decision taken by the team will be final and binding.
- Pro-Rated Refund Calculation: If a refund is approved, it will be calculated on a monthly pro-rata basis, based on the remaining validity of your purchase.
- Refund Formula: Refund = (Total Purchase Amount ÷ Total Valid Months) × Months Remaining
- Example: If you purchased a course in January for ₹6000, valid till June (6 months), and request a refund in May:
- 5 months have already passed, and 1 month is left.
- Refund = ₹6000 ÷ 6 = ₹1000
- Only ₹1000 will be refunded.

- Provide Evidence (If Asked): Include any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your claim, such as screenshots or transaction details.
- Review Process: Our team will review your request and determine eligibility based on the information provided.
3. Refund Approval
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund according to our policy. Please note the following:
- Processing Time: The final amount disbursement can take up to 6 days from the date of approval.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Content Access: If you have accessed or downloaded content from our platform, refunds may not be available.
- Late Requests: Refund requests submitted after a significant period of time since the initial purchase may be denied.
- Policy Violations: Requests arising from a violation of our Terms and Conditions or misuse of the platform.
